Hesap
A modern owner-first financial operations platform for Turkish small businesses, designed to make invoicing, cash flow, receivables, expenses, stock, and everyday finance easier to understand and manage. Coming soon.

Business finance without the accounting jargon.
Hesap is an owner-first financial operations and ön muhasebe platform being developed at AxiomNode Lab for small businesses in Türkiye.
It is designed for business owners and managers who need to understand and manage the financial side of their company without becoming accounting specialists.
The goal is simple: help a business owner quickly answer the questions that matter every day.
- How much did we sell?
- Who owes us money?
- What do we owe and when?
- Which invoices are still unpaid?
- What did we spend?
- How much cash do we have?
- What is happening with stock?
- What requires attention today?
Built around everyday business operations
Hesap V1 is planned around the core financial workflows small businesses rely on:
- Company setup and user roles
- Customers and suppliers
- Products and services
- Sales and purchase invoices
- Expenses
- Collections and payments
- Cash accounts
- Basic bank account representation and imports
- Stock and warehouse tracking
- Dashboards and financial reports
- e-Belge integrations, subject to provider and regulatory validation
- Mali müşavir collaboration
- Data import, export, and auditability
Hesap is not intended to replace a professional accountant or become a full ERP or general-ledger system.
Instead, it aims to make the operational layer between the business owner, the company, and the accountant clearer, faster, and easier to work with.
Owner-first by design
A key principle behind Hesap is that financial software should speak the language of the business owner, not only the language of accounting.
Rather than presenting users with unexplained accounting terminology, Hesap is being designed to surface clear, actionable information about the state of the business.
Over time, the platform is also intended to provide useful automation and business intelligence where it can genuinely save time or improve decisions.
AI may support areas such as explaining margin changes, summarizing overdue receivables, identifying expense anomalies, forecasting cash pressure, and explaining dashboards in plain language.
However, financial calculations and accounting correctness remain deterministic application logic — AI is not intended to act as the source of truth.
Coming Soon
Hesap is currently in the product and engineering planning stage at AxiomNode Lab.
The product requirements, workflows, architecture, security model, and V1 execution plan are being defined before implementation begins.
Hesap helps Turkish small-business owners understand and operate the financial side of their business without needing to think like accountants.
