What we need for contact
When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email, organization, requested service and message details only to respond to the inquiry. The contact form does not create a separate database record.
Email delivery
Your message is delivered to the AxiomNode team through the configured mail provider. That provider may retain messages according to its own privacy policy.
Analytics
The optional analytics tool is not loaded before visitor consent. You can decline analytics or change the choice from privacy settings when the feature is enabled.
Privacy requests
For privacy or data questions, use the contact address published on the site. We only request additional personal information when necessary to handle a request.
